Just after the first of the year, our less-than-10-year old water heater was inoperable. Kevin made several trips to the laundry to make certain all details were handled and the appropriate selection was made. He was very thorough without being pushy. He followed up on the installation to see that everything was done properly.
Just recently, Kevin made a special trip to check out a "supposed water leak on the roof". He took photos (emailed them to me) and verified the problem was not ours.
